Job Descriptions： 一、主要职责：Main responsibilities: 1、在整个产品周期（价值工程+价值分析）中，通过技术和商业分析以及数据收集来创建、评估和执行降低成本的想法； Create, evaluate and execute cost reduction ideas through technical and commercial analysis and data gathering during the whole product life cycle (Value engineering+ Value Analysis). 2、领导价值工程项目，并在现有的研发项目中进行协作； Lead of value engineering projects and collaborate in existing R&D projects. 3、与设计团队合作，确定可替代零件、技术和设计，以节省成本，提高产品的盈利能力； Work with design team to identify alternate components、technologies and designs to generate savings, improve profitability of product. 4、与供应商合作，访问供应商，以分析流程、材料和工具，以支持使用从设计到成本、价值流映射和精益制造中的适当技术降低成本；识别成本优化潜力； Work with, visit suppliers in order to analyze process, materials and tooling to support cost reduction using appropriate techniques from Design to Cost, Value Stream Mapping and Lean Manufacturing.Identify cost optimization potential. 5、与本地团队和德国团队一起分析新产品和新工艺开发的需求； Analyze the requirements for new product and process developments with the local teams and with Germany. 6、发展新概念、新想法； Development of new concepts/ideas. 7、领导与中国同事、供应商和德国同事的技术讨论； Lead technical discussions with local colleagues, suppliers and colleagues in Germany. 8、机械设计和3D建模； Mechanical design and 3D modeling. 9、完成上级指派的临时性工作。 To complete the temporary work arranged by the superior. 二、 其他：Other responsibilities: 1、严格遵守公司保密协议及竞业限制的相关规定。 To strictly obey the regulations of Secret Agreement and Competitive Restriction Agreement; 2、日常维护及保养自己所使用设备及相关辅助设备。 To maintain and service one’s own facilities and other auxiliary facilities; 3、协同部门同事一起做好工作现场的整理整顿、清洁卫生工作，确保工作现场整洁、图纸及相关技术资料堆放整齐。 To clean and order the working places with colleagues, assuring that the working places, drawings and technical materials are kept in good order. 4、协助其他部门同事进行设计工作。 To help other department colleagues to do some design work. 三、 严格遵守公司的《员工手册》及各项相关规章制度（如：安全手册等）。 To strictly obey Employee Handbook and other rules and regulations, such as safety manual. Job Specifications: 1、本科及以上学历，机械设计与制造及相关专业。 Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design and manufacturing or related. 2、有机械设计工作经验者更佳。 Better with some mechanical design experience. 3、具有较强的收集、组织和解释数据和信息的分析能力 Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, and interpret data and information. 4、开放的心态，批判性思维和质疑现有想法的意愿 Open mindset, critical thinking and willingness to question existing ideas. 5、积极主动地解决问题，团队合作和学习新事物 Proactive attitude for problem solving, teamwork and learning new things. 6、良好的英语听说读写能力 Good knowledge in written and spoken English. 7、项目管理经验 Project management experience. 8、熟悉CAD软件 Knowledge of CAD software. 9、肯钻研技术，工作认真负责、谨慎，有良好的职业道德，忠诚于公司。 Be willing to study skills, hardworking, cautious, loyal to company and have professional ethics. 10.有团队意识，与人合作和谐，善于沟通协调。 Cooperative and communicative.
