Responsible for European base production line construction planning: such as plant Layout, master plan, equipment UM, process condition table ,capacity calculation and other construction data output 负责欧洲基地产线建设方案规划：如 总平规划、一图两表、产能核算、图纸审核 等建设类资料的输出 2. Responsible for organize drawing review at all stages, Timely align the information with local design institute and ensure the implementation of drawing adjustment points 负责组织各阶段图审工作，及时拉通当地设计院信息，确保图纸修改点的落地 3. As the point of contact for local design, Ensure the information consistency within organization: Such as communication of local policies and design requirements, design meetings, clarify design requirements and other special communication 作为设计方案信息窗口，组织拉通确保信息一致性:如当地政策法规沟通、设计需求沟通、设计会的组织、阶段性设计澄清及其他专项沟通 4. Responsible for make equipment move in planning, on site survey, site problem coordination and resolve ,ensure equipment moving in according to time node 负责制定设备搬入计划，现场会勘及问题点协调解决，确保设备按节点搬入 5. Responsible for support and improve the equipment debugging and capacity ramp up, site efficiency improvement and problem tracking and solving 负责支持与改善现场设备调试及产能爬坡，现场问题点的改善、跟踪、解决 6. Responsible for layout optimization and production line upgrade during operation stage. Improve production efficiency and resource utilization by analyzing production line configuration and logistics scheme 负责产线运营阶段局部布局优化及产线升级改造。通过分析生产线配置、物流方案等因素，提高生产效率和资源利用率 7. Around cost advancement, Assist to improve the evaluation system of planning and design, Review and standardize the planning. Support the evaluation of cost saving case 围绕成本领先，协助支持完善设计评价体系，复盘及标准化建设方案，支持降本增效专项评估 8. Responsible for the management of business secrets related to planning and design, and Ensure the information confidential such as plant construction planning and drawings 负责规划设计相关商业秘密的管理，保护公司厂建规划、图纸等商密信息安全 任职资格: 1、本科以上学历，工业工程相关专业 2、制造行业3年以上相关工作经验，有新工厂建设及电池行业工作经验者优先 3、具备扎实的精益生产及IE相关知识与经验 4、熟练运用办公软件office、 AutoCAD，管理与执行力强，性格外向，表达能力强，善于沟通，具有较大的抗压力及协调能力 5、可适应加班、出差海外 等工作需要 6. 英语可作为工作语言
